Order status
Requests received within 15 minutes after verified payment and place confirmation are accepted for a full refund of the amount paid. Later requests are still recorded for manual review. For a 50% deposit, a full refund means the entire paid deposit.
Provide the complete refund details. The request is stored and a notification to comnhanguoitavn@gmail.com is queued. Acceptance does not mean the money has been returned.
USDT · Ethereum Mainnet (ERC-20)
Transfer USDT manually
Only USDT ERC-20 on Ethereum Mainnet, Chain ID 1. Do not use another network or token. Network fees are paid in ETH; do not deduct them from the order’s USDT amount.
The existing hold deadline and 12-hour cutoff still apply. The transaction must complete, reach finality and be approved before the order deadline. Submitting a TxHash does not extend the hold.
This QR contains only the Ethereum address, not an amount or payment confirmation
Submit a transaction for review
A submitted TxHash is not proof of payment. The operator must check blockchain evidence, which the server verifies again before confirmation.
Request a manual USDT refund
Within 15 minutes after verified payment and place confirmation: a full refund of the actual payment is accepted and places are cancelled. Later requests are recorded for review without automatic cancellation or approval. Unverified funds always require reconciliation.
This tab session retains the order for network retries. Switching language keeps the current order. Keep the access code private.
