The operator of Cơm Nhà Người - Ta handles data enquiries at comnhanguoitavn@gmail.com. This website uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Booking collects a name, email or phone, experience date, guest counts and an optional note to hold places, calculate prices and reconcile payments. Cancellation before payment records the reason and time. Refund requests record a reason, bank, account number and account holder for manual return transfers. We do not request banking passwords or card details.

Orders, transactions, processing states and reconciliation history are stored in Cloudflare D1. Operational notifications are sent to comnhanguoitavn@gmail.com. An order reference and private access code retrieve order status; operators have separate permissions to read and process data. The access code may remain in the browser tab’s sessionStorage.

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. The operator reviews information still needed to fulfil orders, refunds and reconciliation and receives access, correction or deletion requests through the email above. Mailbox and backup copies are handled separately; deleting website data does not delete every copy. A fixed retention period requires the website owner’s approval.

Payment QR images send the beneficiary bank/account, amount and transfer reference to vietqr.app, without customer names or contact details. Cloudflare and Gmail handle data under their provider policies. The contact form prepares a draft on your device without storing its contents on the server. You send it yourself in your email application.

Administrators use individual access keys and secure session cookies. Reviews require an order code, a separate review access code and matching contact information. Publication requires eligibility, consent and moderation. Displaying a chosen name is optional; publication consent can be withdrawn. Review content and revision history are removed 24 months after the experience date. Access codes expire after 90 days; one-use submission grants expire after 10 minutes. Deletion receipts contain no review content. Transaction records are handled separately for reconciliation.
